SHIRLATES Core Power!
My version of Pilates class, now known as SHIRLATES is intense! You will develop superior core strength and stamina. Your arm strength will improve considerably! Shape, tone and tighten your entire body while having fun! You are encouraged to wear your gym shoes during class. I teach to all levels.
*Please bring your own extra thick mat, mat blanket, 1.5 pound wrist weights and water bottle. Please put your name on all of your personal items. We do not provide mats for sanitary reasons.

*Beginning June 14th, Saturday SHIRLATES class will begin one hour earlier at 9:30 a.m. This will allow us more shade time on the deck during the summer months.
